To encourage more students to learn coding, non-profit foundation dedicated to growing computer programming education, Code.org, gathered some of the world’s best programmers and tech leaders—such as Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates and Facebook’s creator Mark Zuckerberg and many others—in a new video.

Titled ‘What most schools don’t teach’, these tech leaders opened up and shared their stories on what got them to start coding.

The video also highlights the perks of working in companies like Facebook, Valve and Dropbox by showing their fun work environments—complete with game rooms, music studios and roof-top gardens.

If given the chance, would you pick up coding?
