Dreamlike Paintings Create Larger-Than-Life Worlds

The works of Russian painter Vladimir Kush show that good art always warrants a second glance.

By combining two objects together, Kush creates majestic illusory landscapes.

In one, the yolk of an egg also functions as the sun, while two bag clasps create the illusion of two people kissing.

There is a sense of playfulness in each work and Kush does his best to convey wonder at the possibilities reality can provide.
