On a post for Bored Panda, Dario D. compared the differences between food advertised in fast food advertisements and reality.
Dario D. captured pictures of the food he bought in his studio, matching the lighting and camera angles of the official advertisements. He even shot the food from their “best” angle, and tried to give them “as fair a chance as absolutely possible”, although he did buy multiples of the same item.
Even with the help he gave the food, the results are unsurprising. However, seeing the pictures of the ads next to ‘real’ food really serves to highlight the differences between advertising and reality.
