Oxford Dictionaries Sports A New Logo

The Oxford Dictionaries—just like many other companies and brands—has given its logo a modern makeover.

The new logo does away with the Serif font, replacing it with a Sans-serif one. It also has been given a fresh coat of sky blue paint.

What stands out the most is the inclusion of a monogram, which hides the letters ‘O’ and ‘D’. The monogram was never present in the old logo.

However, according to the readers of UnderConsideration, they have pointed out that the new Oxford Dictionaries logo looks a lot like the logo of headphone brand ‘Beats by Dr Dre’.

What do you think?
