‘Best And Worst Kids' Meals’ From McDonald's, KFC, Other Fast Food Chains

The team at BuzzFeed has created a list of “The Best And The Worst Fast Food Kid's Meals”, according to their calorie count.

Based on The American Heart Association, kids aged four to eight should only consume 1200-1400 calories per day, and kids aged nine to thirteen should consume within the limit of 1800 calories.

The list shows two different meal options available in each fast food joint, stating which has the lowest and highest calorie, which would help us make better food choices when ordering at these fast food restaurants.

Head over here for the the full list and more details about the nutritional value of these meals.
