Kodak’s New Action Camera Takes 360-Degree Shots, Looks Set To Trump GoPro

Like Polaroid, Kodak is getting in on the burgeoning sports and action photography market by releasing its own action-ready camera.

The ‘Kodak Pixpro SP360 Action Camera’ features a 16-megapixel sensor, high definition 1080p video recording, WiFi and NFC connectivity, and a shockproof, dustproof and water-resistant body.

What gives it an edge is its curved lens which takes 360-degree pictures; with the ability to capture images from all angles, it looks set to overtake GoPro as the action camera of choice.

The ‘Kodak Pixpro SP360 Action Camera’ retails from US$349 and you can find out more about it here.
