French graphic designer Mathias Rabiot of creative studio Graphéine has created fun, brightly colored anamorphic signage for the new Terminal 3 of the Lyon St-Exupéry Airport.
Only clearly readable from certain perspectives, they are designed to be “pleasant, reassuring and entertaining” for the people who needs to walk through a long connecting gallery—at a certain point, one would be able to make out the words that are hard to discern from other parts of the gallery.
In addition to their function of directing people, these creative signage also serves as eye-catching decoration that welcomes travelers to the city.
